A Bernedoodle is a cross between a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Poodle.. 

The reason this cross came to be is to give people with allergies more options to be able to own different breeds of dogs. The Bernedoodle are more likely to have fewer health issues and live a longer life. Our Bernedoodles are 50% Poodle and 50%  Bernese Mountain Dog. This is first generation hybrid and has what is know as the "hybrid vigor." When you cross two different breeds they tend to have better health because of the variation in lines/breeds that are prone to different genetic diseases.
 

Bernedoodles are very loyal family companions that are great with children, they are Fun, Entertaining, and Extremely Smart. Also, they make the perfect Therapy and Service Dog.

Bernedoodles tend to keep the blockier heads and stockier build like the Berner, but shed less, and the intelligence of the Standard Poodle. They are very similar, in coat type and personality, to a Goldendoodle, but tend to be a little more calm. We focus on impeccable health, loving temperaments, as well as superior conformation. Our Bernedoodles come from amazing parents with excellent pedigrees, including the very best of health, temperament, and beauty.
